On our recent stay at the Intercontinental, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel special from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff were really good too ensure our kids had an lovely experience, surprising them with personalized goodie bags. The rooms were super clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and quiet retreat. The location couldn't have been better, with iconic attractions just a short stroll away. We highly recommend this hotel for a nice family getaway. I will definitely recommend this hotel for a nice and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. Special birthday surprise and attentive staff made our stay memorable. Good-sized rooms, superb breakfast, and convenient location near Hyde Park. High tea was exquisite and the Club Intercontinental had a perfect atmosphere for breakfast and cocktails.

Fantastic location with easy access to key attractions and amenities. The hotel was situated within walking distance of popular tourist spots and dining options, making it convenient for exploring the city. the hotel had a lovely bar, perfect for enjoying drinks in the late afternoon.
The room was on the small side, lacking in inspiration, and starting to show signs of wear and tear. The bathrooms were also quite cramped and had a slightly outdated feel.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, next to the popular Piccadilly street and a tube station, making it easy to explore all the major attractions of London. The nearby Shepherd Market area is also a great spot for shopping and dining. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful views of Green Park from the balcony. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection is delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.
The only downside is that there may be some background noise during the day due to renovations, but the hotel provides advance warning about this.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the exclusive amenities provided by the hotel. the room advantages were exceptional, with high-quality bedding and modern decor that exceeded our expectations.
Although our experience was outstanding, we did encounter one minor issue with the wait time at the bar/lounge area. this did not detract from our overall experience and the quality of service received throughout the hotel was exceptional.

We experienced really good customer service at the Intercontinental. The General Manager personally resolved an issue we had with our room, our comfort and satisfaction. The upgraded room overlooking Hyde Park was sensational. a enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic - it's just a short walk to a tube station, making it convenient to explore the city. It's also close to all the major sights, so we didn't have to waste any time traveling. The room was beautiful with a great view, and the bathroom was spacious and clean.
